How do I use this packaging solution?
Korrvu Retention packaging, for more robust product, only requires one insert where the film traps the product to the corrugated board keeping it from moving during the shipping cycle.
First, fold the flaps with the film attached (tension flaps) up to provide slack.
Insert product under the film.
Next you will turn the tension flaps all the way under.
Lastly, you will turn the other legs of the frame up and place in the box.
To utilize the benefits of Korrvu, tension needs to be placed on the product.
After packaging, the product should not be able to slide around.
